with the garage being a little closer. After consideration, motion was made hy
Craig Anderson to allow an 18' variance from the right^f-way requirenents,'hard

seconded by Roger Marty with an amendment to read 30' from road right-of-way.

the terrain does not permit a dwelling structure in the area, an inprovarent by
getting rid of the outhouse and tradler as a condition, with the other structures
to be removed either iranediately after or during construction of the new house.
