Would like to convey 4 parcels of land without
subdivision control ordinance proceedings. The
lake frontage and lot size will meet the required
General Development minimums. Surveyor's drawing will
be provided is approved.
In order to properly evaluate the situation, please provide as much supplementary information as possible, such as: maps, plans,
information about surrounding property, etc. APPLICIANT SHALL BE PRESENT AT THE SCHEDULED HEARING.
I understand that I have applied for a variance from the requirements of the Shoreiand Management Ordinance of Otter Taii County.
I understand i must contact my township in order to determine whether or not any additional variances and/or permits are required
by the township for my proposed project.

Rcbert D. Olson, Lisbon, ND, requested permission to place a mobile
heme with patio deck on Lots 3 & 4, Greenwood Resort, Otter Tail
Township. Comments in person or by letter were heard frem:
Don Dreyer, Clerk, Otter Tail Township, Eugene Beime, Irene Knudson,
Ralph Sorenson, Darlene & Ray Zosel, Jodi Karst, Sharon Bjork,
Delmar & Joyce Names. After consideration, motion was made by John
Everts to deny, no adequate hardship shown. Ihe motion was seconded
by Craig Anderson and carried tpon the following vote:

Bemell & Delaine Olson, Battle Lake, MN requested permission to convey
four parcels of less than 2.5 acres in size, in G.L. 5, Section 10,
Eagle Lake Township without platting. After consideration, motion
was made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hardship shown to
vary fron the platting procedure. The motion was seconded by George
waiter and carried with the following vote:

cover of 4 to 6 feet, on Sublot A of G.L. 3, Section 4, Nidaros Township.

adequate hardship shewn. The motion was seconded by John Everts and
carried with the following vote:
