Shoreland Management. Ordinance ■ ; Department of Natural Resource Hydrologists, Russ Schultz and Terry Lejcher, appeared at the request of the County Board to discuss concerns and issues resulting from the administration of the State mandated Shoreland Management Ordinance, included the provision dealing with substandard, contiguous lots of record and cluster developments. Issues discussed Chairman Lindquist requested Russ Schultz and Terry Lejcher to meet with Land & Resource Management Director, Bill Kalar, County Attorney, Wally Senyk and Otter Tail Lake Property Owners Association President, Stan Fetters, to address specific concerns/issues involving the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
