Issues discussed Chairman Lindquist requested Russ Schultz and Terry Lejcher to meet with Land & Resource Management Director, Bill Kalar, County Attorney, Wally Senyk and Otter Tail Lake Property Owners Association President, Stan Fetters, to address specific concerns/issues involving the Shoreland Management Ordinance.
