Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by David Holmgren and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve
the construction for the proposed dwelling starting 15’ from the back lot line (road right-of-way), extending no more
than 40’ towards the lake, having a width of no more than 26’, being at least 5’ from the south lot line and meeting all
setback requirements from either the existing septic system or from a proposed septic system with the condition that
before a site permit can be issued the two existing 10’ by 10’ storage building must be removed./
