conditional use application of Gerald Levde. Dead Lake, No. 56-
383, NE, in Section 27 of Dead Lake Township as presented. James
& Bernice Leyde spoke to the Planning Commission.
Approved;
Voting: All members in favor.
A motion by Schwartz, second by Trites to approve the
conditional use application of Brian Carr, on Twin Lake, No. 56-
382, RD, in Section 19 of Amor Township, as presented, some of
the fill from the basement may be used at the approach and also
the area must be stabilized.

fill the triangle low area with a maximum of 1 foot of fill (to
cover the rocks) must not dig into the hill or cut on the slope
or ice ridge. 2) May build driveway. 3) May construct steps
coming down the bank (to be built on top of the ground). 4)
The contractor must contact the Land & Resource Management
Office before the work is started.

6 of Otto Townships to remove the stumps and level the holes,
must be seeded.

application of Steve Savary on Pickeral Lake, No. 56-475, RD in
Section 12 of Maine Township until the June 4, 1986 meeting of
the Planning Commission, Bill Kalar is requested to view the
area and give a recommendation at this meeting. Bruce Atterberg
spoke to the Planning Commission.

Jail Expansion. A report was presented, as directed by the Board
at its May 1st meeting on ways to reduce the jail expansion budget
increase of $370,000 to $250,000. ftotion was made by Bert Hovland,
seconded by Andy Lindquist and unanimously carried, to proceed with
the Phase I Jail Expansion plans with the understanding that C-A-M
and Kleln-McCarthv. Architects, continue to look for additional wavs
