MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with John Everts abstaining, to deny
any additions (Covered Deck) that extend closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing dwelling.
The applicant can build no closer than the existing dwelling. After additional consideration, motion was made
by Craig Anderson, seconded by Randall Mann and carried with John Everts abstaining, to permit additions to
the existing dwelling with the condition that they be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the existing
structure,
