RE: Dear Mr. Koplin: I visited your lot on November 21, 1994 and at that time I found a 14' X 14' structure that was obviously being used as a dwelling, a recreational camping unit (RCU) and an outhouse. Returning to the office I could not find that we had a file on your property or any permits for these structures. Please contact me prior to December 15, 1994 to discuss this situation.
