RE: Property Located On Unnamed Lake (56-283)
Dear Mr. Koplin:
As per our onsite conversation of February 1, 1995 and our subsequent phone
conversation of February 2, 1995, you have agreed that you will remove the
noncomplying outhouse from your property by May 1, 1995.
that a variance is needed for the the 14'xl4' wood frame structure and the
recreational vehicle that are onsite,
apply for this variance prior to May 1, 1995.
You are also aware
It has been agreed that you will
Please note that I was in error in regards to the setback for an outhouse.
I indicated that the 150' sewage system setback would be required, and the
actual setback rec[uirement is 200' (as the outhouse is a structure),
you replace your outhouse, you will need a Sewage Disposal System Permit
which requires a scaled drawing and a $35.00 fee.

RE:
Dear Mr. Koplin:
I visited your lot on November 21, 1994 and at that time I found a 14' X 14'
structure that was obviously being used as a dwelling, a recreational
camping unit (RCU) and an outhouse. Returning to the office I could not
find that we had a file on your property or any permits for these
structures.
Please contact me prior to December 15, 1994 to discuss this situation.
