After consideration and discussion, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 10’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the installation of a drain field adjacent to the property line. Richard Falk - Approved Richard Falk, Moorhead, MN, requested a variance of approximately 5’ from the required lot line setback of 10’ for the installation of a holding tank approximately 5’ from the back lot line (road right-of-way). The property is described as Lot 10 and the Easterly 10’ of Lot 11, Kozelnik’s Beach Second Addition, Big McDonald Lake in Edna Township. It was noted that the drain field has been placed in a location that meets all setback requirements. William T. Gallagher - Approved William T. Gallagher, Fargo, ND, requested a variance of approximately 67 to 72’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’, a variance of approximately 17 to 22’ from the required shore impact zone setback of 50’ and a variance of approximately 2’ from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the addition of a 12’ by 24’ three season room to an existing mobile home located approximately 28 to 33’ from the ordinary high water level and approximately 8’ from the side lot line.
