In reviewing this matter, however, I believe it is appropriate to mention that Tom Wallace was also concerned about the question of water drainage which could result from various landscaping. You will recall that Mr. Wallace drove all the way from Omaha, Nebraska, to attend the Planning Commission Meeting in mid-April. This was a considerable effort and expense incurred by Mr. Wallace and I believe it would be diplomatically appropriate to include him in the negotiations that involve Mr. Palubicki, Mrs. Luchsinger, Mr. Lejcher and the other participants from the Shoreland.Management Department. I; i Because of the distance problem for Mr. Wallace, I would like the opportunity to be involved, in the negotiations on behalf of Mr. Wallace. to review this situation with Mr. Lejcher, also.
