HAVINGPEOPLE ING BY THE FOURTH GENERATION OF BAUCKS. • • • • WE FEEL COMPELLED TO REQUEST THIS VARIANCE NOT BE APPROVED AND FOR TWO REASONS. 1.) IT DOES NOTHING TO ENHANCE THE VIEW FROM OUR EASTSIDE WINDOWS FROM THE KITCHEN OR THE DINING AREAS. WE Do NOT EXPECT NEIGHBORS TO DO THINGS TO IMPROVE A VIEW FOR OUR PROPERTY. IN THIS CASE, WE WILL HAVE THE NOT TOO appealing! 2.) likewise a NEIGHBOR SHOULD NOT EXPECT AN ADJOINING NEIGHBOR TO ACCEPT A VJEW OBSTRUCTION THAT COULD CAUSE A VALUATION DECPEASE IN THEIR (oUr) PROP ERTY. SIDING OF A GARAGE TO LOOK AT WE HAVE MADE A SUGGESTION TO THE FOSTERS THAT WILL ACCOMPLISH AND FULFILL THEIR WANTS & NEEDS. INSTEAD OF AN ADDITION TO THE SOUTH (lAKESIDe) END OF THEIR GARAGE MAKE THAT BDDITION ON THE NORTH (roADSIDe) ENO. IT WILL NOT AFFECT ANYONE 3 VIEW AND THERE IS AMBBE ROOM TO ADD 12 OR 14 FEET THUS GIVING THEM THE STORAGE SPACE THEY ARE SEEKING. WE WILL RIGHT NOW GIVE OUR SUPPORT TO SUCH A VARIANCE REQUEST. WE WOULD ATTEND, IN PERSON, THIS MEETING HOWEVER MY WIFE WIOL NOT DRIVE RAFTER DARK . ON 22 AUGUST THE WRITER HAD A STROKE THUS FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE DRIVING IN THE EVENING FOR, TO DATE, HE HAS NOT DONE SUCH.
