Rosen 1444 Bonneville Street Laramie, Wyoming 82070 (307) 742-3919 September 7, 1993 Dear Otter Tail Board of Adjustment: Enclosed is our application for a variance on our cabin on Belka Beach, Little Pine Lake, Perham ("LP-36") for your consideration at your October 7, 1993 meeting. We are requesting permission to screen in our existing deck, everyone is becoming increasingly aware of health hazards from excessive exposure to insects (they are especially apparent to one member of our family, who is allergic to mosquito bites); and we strongly believe that a small screened- in porch is much more desirable than a portable screen tent that is often placed right on shore in line of view of several other residents, as our neighbors have noted in their letters of approval. for obvious reasons: r: S C a I V EJ;Thank you for your consideration.SEP 1 0 1993 lAfv'D a RCSOURCeSincerel James M.
