April 1,1999 meeting-Tabled until the May 6, 1999 meeting for a determination of the ordinary high water level by the Department of Natural Resources. May 6,1999 meeting - Motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with Rod Boyer abstaining, to deny the variance as requested as no adequate hardship had been shown and there is adequate room on the applicant’s property for the location of this structure. After this action had been taken the applicant indicated that he had not been given an opportunity to fully address the board. Randall Mann then offered to withdraw his motion and allow the applicant an additional opportunity to be heard. Cecil Femling agreed with Randall Mann’s offer. After additional discussion and consideration, motion was made by Randall Mann, seconded by Cecil Femling and carried with Rod Boyer abstaining, to uphold the site permit as issued on June 16,1998. After additional consideration, motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to allow the applicant until September 1, 1999 for the placement of the structure in a location that complies with the requirements of the ordinance.
