Tim Brown - Approved the variance as requested. (8:30 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Michael Conlon made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and unanimously
carried, to approve a variance from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100' for the placement of a 36’ by
38’ addition onto the backside of an existing 14’ by 80’ mobile home as depicted on the applicant’s drawing. The
Board noted that there is no other place for the proposed improvement and that the proposed addition is to the rear of
the existing structure.
