Motion was made by John Everts, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 20’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the location of a building site 80’ from the ordinary high water level with the following conditions: 1) that the building site will be at least 30’ from the top of the bluff, 2) the building site will be as far to the north side of the vacated road as possible, and 3) no water oriented accessory structure will be allowed on this lot in the future.
