Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to deny the variance as
requested noting that no adequate hardship had been shown and noting the prohibited use being requested. The
applicants were granted until October 15, 1999 by which time the property must be brought into compliance with the
requirements of the shoreland management ordinance.
