Minutes of the June 4th meeting were approved, upon motion made by John Everts, seconded by Tom Stringer, with an amendment to correct the portion pertaining to Sid Blakeway, stating "no portion of the building be any closer than 1' from property line."Motion carried. The following applications for variance were considered: Robert Sommars, Verndale, MN, requested permission to build a boathouse (approx. 2' X 16'1 6 feet from the lake, back into bank, on Lot 2, Block 1, First Add'n to Ethel Beach in Girard Township.After discussion, motion was made by John Evi?rts, seconded by Tom Stringer and carried, to deny said request, reasons being - new development, no other boathouses on lake and because of the proximity to public access. Alfred Wieser, Dumont, MN,requested permission to place a recreational camper on lot for sleeping purposes, in addition to existing mobile home, on Lot 15, 1st Add'n to Smith Point, Girard Township.After discussion, motion was made by David Trites, seconded by John Everts and carried, to deny, no hardship shown. John Ced^irholm of C E U Chemical Co., Stillwater, MN, requested permission to sell a lot with 300 feet of lake frontage, containing approximately 56,628 square feet, out of a parcel in G.L. 3, Section 32, Dunn Township.After considerable loii, motion was made by George Walter, seconded by David Trites and carried. to approve said request, best solution for a unique circumstance, platting require­ ments unable to be met.
