Resolution Authorizing Execution of Agreement Otter Tail County Resolution No. 2007 - 86 Upon a motion by Froemming, second by Nelson, and unanimously carried, the following resolution was adopted: BE IT RESOLVED, that Otter Tail County will enter into a cooperative agreement with the Office of Justice Programs in the Minnesota Department of Public Safety. Sheriff, Brian Schlueter, is hereby authorized to execute such agreements and amendments, as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the Otter Tail County Sheriffs Office.
