MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, seconded by Craig Anderson and carried with John Everts abstaining, to
approve the construction of a 26 by 30 addition to an existing dwelling being no closer to the ordinary high
water level than the existing structure or what the string line test would permit. The string line is to be
applied from the neighbor's dwelling on the one side of the applicant's property to the 75' setback mark on the
vacant lot that is on the other side of the applicant's property.
