Motion by Lee, seconded Stone and unanimously carried to uphold the recommendation of
the Planning Commission to approve the application of Dunn's 59 Limited and to extend
the completion date to five years.
Motion by Windels, seconded Lee and unanimously carried to uphold the recommendation of
the Planning Commission to approve the application of Taylor Investment Corporation
subject to the written approval of the Township regarding the access to the lots.
Motion by Lee, seconded Windels and unanimously carried to uphold the recommendations of
the Planning Commission to deny the Warren Rud application.
Motion by Windels, seconded Lee and unanimously carried to refer Berger, Inc.
the Planning Commission for reconsideration.

Appeal - Denied Abatement
Mr. & Mrs. William Seifert appeared before the Board relative to an appeal of their
denied abatement in the City of Porham. After further investigation, a motion by Lee,
seconded Windels and unanimously carried was made to approve the abatement because the
Siefert's had made homestead application prior to May 15, 1991.

Motion by Windels, seconded Lee and unanimously carried to approve payment in the amount
of $458.50 for an assessment on the Government Services Building in the City of Perham
for improvement made in the central business district parking area.

Commission by the County Commissioners for reconsideration.
Approved; A motion by Trites, second by Schwartz to approve the Conditional
Use Application of Taylor Investment Corporation/Maurice Baltes,
Dead Lake (56-383), NE, GL 1, Section 34, Dead Lake Township to
build road as requested provided the road was built to County
specifications and the dedicated right-of-way goes to the
property line on the west.
Voting Yes; Estes, Johnson, Lee, Olson, Petterson, Prischmann,
Schwartz and Trites.
Voting No: Ackley and Lachowitzer.
Approved; A motion by Johnson, second by Ackley to approve the Conditional
Use Application of Raymond Lamb. Pelican Lake (56-786), GD,
Haugen's Knollwood, Lot 5 & WELY 51' on lake & rear 23.91' in Lot
6, Section 8, Dunn Township as presented. Using the stump(see
photograph) as a guide, excavate area 21' x 24' staying 1' above
the stump. The walkout will have two bedrooms so this is a
safety factor.

Brunkow/Orvis Jibben. East Battle Lake (56-138), was withdrawn for further
discussion.

from Ordinary High Water Mark of the lake is 18* (north of
building pad). 4. No fill may be placed within 35' of Ordinary
High Water Mark (zero point). 5. Driveway must remain level with
the road.
