Approximate cut 1300 c.y. & fill 900 c.y. Approximately 100± c.y. of gravel over new surface. The Dead Lake Town Board has deemed a cartway access must be constructed within the Dedicated Road Corridor to access the existing roadway along the shoreline of Dead Lake. This cartway is to be constructed by Robert Bjornstad, CUP applicant. The project proposes to install a storage building (48’ x 96’) complete with concrete entry drive and apron. Rock outcropping is proposed above and below the building to minimize the amount of excavation (1290 CY) and to balance the cut and fill.
