After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Conlon and unanimously
carried, to approve the variance as requested and as depicted on the applicant’s drawing dated June 10, 2005. The
Board noted that the variance as requested and as approved is consistent with past actions of the Board in this
immediate area.
