Michael Arone - Approved with condition.
Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Bob Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 6’
from the required drain field setback of 10’ for the placement of a 20’ by 26’ garage 4’ from the north end of the
applicant’s drain field with the condition that before an permit can be issued the existing shed must be removed.
Hardship is the unique shape of the applicant’s lot. The granting of the variance will provide the applicant with a 20’
by 26’ garage, which will provide a reasonable use of this property.
