Motion
Gregory L and Sharon L Bohnert - Approved the variance as requested. (8:05 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, seconded by Joe Maske and unanimously carried,
to approve the variance as described in the variance application dated May 6, 2004 and as depicted in the drawing
submitted with the application. The Board noted that the proposed addition is to the rear of the existing structure and
that the change in the roof design will not place the structure any closer to the ordinary high water level than it
presently is located. The Board also noted that the granting of the variance as requested does not allow the
applicants to cover more than 25% of their total lot area with impervious surfaces.
