After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion, second by Thomas Lee and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance application as requested in the application dated March 12, 2009 and as depicted on the drawing submitted with the
variance application with the condition that no more then 25% of the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious
surfaces.
