Duane Anderson - Approved a second story addition with a condition. (7:21 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Michael Harris and unanimously carried, to approve
the placement of a second story over the single story portion of the existing structure, with the condition that no more the 25% of
the total eligible lot area can be covered with impervious surfaces, and to deny the variances as requested for the proposed
sunroom and for the proposed second story deck.

Gary Miller - Approved as modified and conditioned.
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 5'
from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a structure 15' from the road right-of-way and
no closer to the ordinary high water level then what would be allowed when applying the string line with the condition
that impervious surface coverage cannot exceed 25% of the total lot area. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and
it was noted that the granting of this variance would provide the applicant with a reasonable use of his property.
