Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 5' from the required road right-of-way setback of 20’ for the placement of a structure 15' from the road right-of-way and no closer to the ordinary high water level then what would be allowed when applying the string line with the condition that impervious surface coverage cannot exceed 25% of the total lot area. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and it was noted that the granting of this variance would provide the applicant with a reasonable use of his property.
