James and Anne Melville - Approved the variance as requested. (6:47 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Paul Larson made a motion to approve the variance as requested with the
condition that no more than 25% of the total lot area can be covered with imperious surfaces. The motion failed for
lack of a second. July 6, 2006 Meeting - After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second
by Michael Harris and carried with Rod Boyer abstaining, to approve a variance of 20’ from the required ordinary high
water level setback of 75’ for the placement of the proposed development as depicted on the revised drawing
submitted for the Thursday, July 6. 2006 Board of Adjustment meeting. The Board noted that the variance as
approved for the proposed development does « applicants with a reasonable use of their property.
