pose of sale, no access to East Lost Lake, in Section 1 of Sverdnp

was made by Craig Anderson to deny transfer by metes and bounds
description, no hardship shown, ihe motion was seconded by Marcus
Wiechmann and carried upon the following vote:
All voting in favor.
Lee J. Qmberg, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to construct
an 8' X 12' storage building as close to property line as possible,
on Lot 21, Wall Lake Point, Wall Lake, Dane Prairie Township. After
consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson to deny, no hardship
shcMTi. The motion was seconded by John Everts and carried ij^xDn the
following vote:
All voting in favor.
Motion was then made by Marcus Wiechmann to remove the existing 10'
X 20' structure no later than June 1, 1987, and allow the 8' x 12'
structure to be located in the NEly comer of the existing 10' x 20'
building, allowing a four foot variance from the property line.
The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon the fol
lowing vote:

6' X 8' fish cleaning house as presently^ located, on Lots 12 & 13,

Jacobson, and a letter from J. F. VJeiss was read. After considera
tion, motion was made by Marcus Wiechmann to deny, no adequate hard
ship shown, allowing until May 1, 1987 to ranove structure. The
motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried upon’the following
vote:

Harlan Thompson, Battle Lake, MN, requested variance from 66' road
requirements to 33’ road, on a proposed plat located in Section 4,
Clitherall Township,
reasons. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson,
to approve as presented, a 33' roadv;ay, a flat surface similar to
a city street to corply with safety factor. The motion was seconded
by Craig Anderson and carried i:pon the following vote:

Jane K. Jensen, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to sell a 1.47
acre parcel located in the SE^sSV^, etc., in Section 24, Fergiis Falls
Township, containing a dwelling. After consideration, motion was
made by Craig Anderson to approve, si±)ject to a surveyor's drawing,
meets criteria as to lot size and pi±>lic road. The motion was se
conded by John Everts and carried vpon the following vote:
