After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, to approve as presented, a 33' roadv;ay, a flat surface similar to a city street to corply with safety factor. The motion was seconded by Craig Anderson and carried i:pon the following vote: Yes: Anderson, VJalter, Petterson and Wiechmann Abstaining: Everts Jane K. Jensen, Fergus Falls, MN, requested permission to sell a 1.47 acre parcel located in the SE^sSV^, etc., in Section 24, Fergiis Falls Township, containing a dwelling.
