Motion by John Evrerts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried/ to approve a
variance of 1'4" frcrni the reciuired side lot line setback of 10' for an addition to an
existing dwelling 8' 8" from the side lot line. It was noted that the variance is necessary
due to bias lot lines.
