MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Hotioiy was made by John Everts, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance of 2' from the required side lot line setback of 10', a variance of 4’
from the required drain field setback of 10' and a variance of approximately 4' from the
required septic tank setback of 10' for the construction of a 28' by 28' garage 8' from the
side lot line, 6 feet from the drain field and approximately 6' from the septic tank. It
was noted that there is adequate room for the servicing and for the maintenance of the
septic system. Hardship being a substandard lot of record.
