After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Carl Zick and unanimously carried, to
approve a variance for the installation of a septic tank and a drain field at least 10’ from the side lot line and 5’ from the
existing detached garage. It was noted that there is no other location for the placement of the septic tank and drain
field.
