Motion
Ray and Karen Welker - Approved With Condition
Motion was made by Cecil Femling, second by David Holmgren and carried with John Everts abstaining, to approve a
variance of 37’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75’ for the construction of two additions to an
existing dwelling 38’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that an existing 8’ by 12’ shed must be
placed in a location that is at least 10’ from the lot line and with a setback from the lake which must be at least even
with or greater, if possible, with the neighbor’s shed to the east. The 8’ by 12’ shed must be relocated by November 1,
^ 1999. It was noted that the proposed additions would be no closer to the lake than the existing structure. Hardship is
a shallow lot and there appears to be no other alternatives for the proposed additions.
