Motion was made by Carl Johnson. seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve a 2
variance from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a 4' variance from the required road right-of-way
setback of 20'.for the construction of a 20’ by 48‘ structure 8' from the side lot line and 16 from the road
right-of-way with the condition that two existing sheds be removed.
