Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by John Everts and unanimously carried, to approve a
variance of 1 ’ 6” from the required lot line setback of 10’ for an 8’ by 20’ entryway addition to a dwelling
8’ 6” from the side lot line. It was noted that this is a very reasonable request. Hardship is a
substandard lot of record.
