agreed to enforce the Minnesota State Building Code as set forth in Chapter 16,
Minnesota Statutes.

will be handled by the State of Minnesota, Department of Administration,

Leonard Davis requested a variance to set a mobile home at a 50’ set back
on Lot 19, Pish Lake Beach, Aurdal Township. Because of opposition, Davis with>
drew his application.
Robert Bellmore requested a variance to put bedrooms in a garage and possibly
a bathroom. Lot 4 and E% of Lot S, Subdivision of Lot 1, Block 3, Crystal>Lida
Beaches. Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by George Walter and Carried,

to deny for lake of Information.

Allen R. Waldemar requested a variance to construct garage 10* from property
line rather than 20’ as required in the ordinance, on Lot 2, Holiday Beach, 1st
Add'n, Girard Township. Motion was made by George Walter, seconded by Richard
Portmann and carried, to allow the 10* side line set>back.
Leonard J. Norling requested a variance to construct garage 24’ from the
road, rather than the required 40*, on Lot 25, Summer Haven Beach, Scambler
Townshipy Motion was made by^ Craig Anderson, seconded by Richard Portmann and
carried, to grant said variance.
