MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Roberts Cctiwartz and unanimousiy carried, to approve the
conveyance of Lot 5, Sanda’s Beach Third Addition to the owner of Lot 5, Sanda’s Beach with the condition that the
back lot (Lot 5, Sanda’s Beach Third Addition) must be permanently attached to the lake lot (Lot 5 Sanda’s Beach)
and with the condition that Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4, Sanda’s Beach Third Addition must have common/same ownership.
