Dear Mr. Tessendorf:
This is to inform you that at the June 5, 197A meeting of the Otter Tail
County Planning Advisory Commission a motion was passed to approve your
special use application provided that water does not drain on neighbor's
property and fill area is no higher than elevation of Lot 5. This
application will be taken to the County Board for their consideration at
their June 12, 1974 meeting.
