June'11,1998 meeting - The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against the request. After
consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by David Holmgren and unanimously carried, to table per
the applicant’s written request this application for variance hearing until the August 6, 1998 meeting of the Board of

Patrick Mashek represented the applicant at the public hearing. After consideration, motion was made by John
Everts, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 49’ from the required ordinary
high water level setback of 75’ for the addition of a 10’ by 20’ screened porch to an existing cabin 26’ from the ordinary
high water level noting that the proposed screened porch will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the
existing dwelling.
