Douglas and Barbara Poush - Approved the variance as modified. (7:08 p.m.)
After discussion and consideration, Randall Mann made a motion, second by Steve Schierer and carried with Cecil
Femling voting no, to approve a variance of 50’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the
placement of an addition to an existing dwelling 50’ from the ordinary high water level. The variance as approved will
keep the proposed development out of the shore impact zone.
