MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Notion was made by Leslie Estes, seconded by Randall Hann and carried with John Everts
abstaining, to approve a variance of 4' from the required septic tank setback of 10' for
the construction of a 12' by 12' addition to an existing garage 6' from the septic tank.
It was noted that adequate room exists for the maintenance of the septic system. Hardship
being a substandard lot of record.
