After discussion and consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and unanimously carried,
to approve a variance of 58’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ and a variance of 8’ from the
required shore impact zone setback of 50’ for the placement of an addition to an existing structure 42’ from the
ordinary high water level as depicted on the drawing submitted with the variance application.
