R L (Butch) Furse - Approved the variance as requested. (6:37 p.m.)
After consideration and discussion, Paul Larson made a motion, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried,
to approve the variance as requested in the Application for Variance dated September 30, 2004 and as depicted in the
drawing, which the applicant submitted with the above referenced application. The Board noted that the proposed
development would not restrict the view from the adjacent properties and would be no closer to the ordinary high water
level or the side lot lines than the existing development. Hardship is a substandard lot of record.
