After consideration, motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to allow construction of either a 24' by 3&' structure or a 24' by 30' structure by applying the string line from the original structure on the Edwin Anderson property to the nearest point of the trailer located on the Kurt Anderson property, lot is approximately 105' by 140'. It should be noted that the variance granted will allow the applicants a reasonable use of their property and they will be no closer to the ordinary high water level than the neighbors on either side. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of approximately 55' from the required ordinary high water level setback of 75' and a variance of approximately 17.5' from the required shore impact zone setback of 37.5' for the construction of a 24' by 32' addition to an existing cottage approximately 20' from the ordinary high water level with the condition that the existing storage sheds must be placed in locations that comply significantly more with the requirements of the ordinance.
