We would like to move out our old cabin. And replace it with a
new one. We would need a variance to build where we want to.
All our neighbors lake homes are from 35' to 40' from shoreline.
We would like to build at 48' from shoreline so maybe some day
we could build a 10' deck on lake side.
There is also an overhead power line running thru the middle
of our back yard.
