MINUTES APPROVED-NOVEMBER 7TH Hearing no corrections or additions the minutes of the November 7th, 1991 meeting were declared approved as mailed, The following variance requests were heard;I DAVID L. WARSTLER - APPROVED David L. Warstler, Henning, MN, requested a variance to extend the roof line 6' over an existing deck. The extension is towards the lake. The property is described as Lot 13 and M, Linden Park, East Battle Lake in Girard Township. Letters from Douglas Kramer and Lisa Brendefur in favor of granting the applicant's variance request were read for the record. The audience was polled with no one speaking for or against this request. After consideration, motion was made by Craig Anderson, seconded by Dan Oehler and unanimously carried, to grant an extension to the existing roof not to exceed 6'. After consideration, motion was made by Victor Petterson, seconded by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to grant a 90' variance from the required 200' setback.
