Motion
James M. and Mary Jane Fitch - Approved as requested.
Motion was made by David Holmgren, second by Cecil Femling and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 40’
from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for the construction of an addition to an existing dwelling
60’ from the ordinary high water level. It was noted that the proposed addition would be no closer to the ordinary high
water level than the existing structure, is within the existing building line but ahead of the string line because of the
placement of a mobile home on the adjacent lot, and drainage from the proposed structure will be away from the lake.
It was also noted that the granting of the variance as requested will provide the applicants with a reasonable use of
their property and will allow them the ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate area.
