Stoick - Approved Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Randall Mann and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 1' from the required side lot line setback of 10’ and a variance of 13’ from the required ordinary high water level setback of 100’ for a proposed 26’ by 76’ dwelling, including an attached garage, 9’ from the side lot lines and 87’ from the ordinary high water level with the condition that the applicant has a septic system that complies with the requirements of the ordinance. It was noted that the proposed structure is not excessively large, is behind the existing building line and the granting of this variance would be consistent with past practices of the Board of Adjustment. Hardship is a substandard lot of record and the granting of the variances will allow the applicant the ability to enjoy the same rights and privileges as others in the immediate area.
