MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by John Everts, seconded by Robert Schwartz and unanimously carried, to approve a variance of 8’
from the required side lot line setback of 10’ for the replacement of an 8’ by 8’ structure with an 8’ by 12’ structure
located 2’ from the side lot line. It was noted that the new structure is no closer to the side lot line than the previous
structure and that the granting of the variance will not establish precedence. Hard^ip is a substandard lot of record.
