MOTION AS FOLLOWS:
Motion was made by Bert Olson, seconded by Craig Anderson and unanimously carried, to approve the
variance as requested with the condition that there will be no additional construction in the bluff area
and that the water from the eaves will be channelled to the west away from the bluff. It should be noted
that the applicant is well behind the building line; andthe deck and the foundation work was completed
prior to the enactment of the bluff impact zone requirements and the lot shows no signs of erosion.
