Qctober 4, 2007 Meeting - After consideration and discussion, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Les Estes and
unanimously carried, to table with the verbal permission of the applicants’ representative this variance hearing until the November
T, 2007 meeting of the Board of Adjustment to provide the applicants an opportunity to consider other alternatives that would
perhaps keep the proposed development out of the bluff setback area. November 1, 2007 meeting -After discussion and
consideration, Steve Schierer made a motion, second by Paul Larson and carried with Michael Harris voting no, to approve the
revised plan dated October 9, 2007 with the condition that the applicants will voluntarily remove the 5’ 3” by 5’ 3” shed and will
relocate the gas tank at least 10' from the lot line and with the condition that no more than 25% of the eligible lot area can be
covered with imperious surfaces. It was noted that the new construction, with the exception of the deck, will be out of the bluff
impact zone and will
