Board of Adjustment October 18, 19792
Phillip Jacobson requested permission to build a house 16 feet from lot
lines rather than 20 feet as required on the of Lot 9 and Lots 10 & 11 of
Beauty Shore on West Battle Lake, Sec. 20 of Cirard Twp.Moticio was hv
Richard Portmann to approve, seconded by Tom Uonoho.Motion carried.
Hardship is that this would be in line with adjacent buildings and would give
him a chance to get full beauty of the lake.
Don Chesley requested permission to keep a second story on boathouse
recently constructed on Lot 7 of West Silent Point on West Silent Lake, Sec. 31
of Dora Twp. Motion was made by George Walter and seconded by Tom Donoho to
approve. Richard Portmann abstained. Hardship is that structure would add
substantially to value of property without a detriment to his neighbors.
There being no further business, motion was mdde by Richard Portmann,
seconded by Tom Donoho and carried, to adjourn the meeting.
